Fresh Kesar Mango pulp is the queen of mangoes widely grown in the Gujarat state of India. Fresh Kesar Mango pulp has a unique sweet taste. Fresh Kesar Mango pulp is characterised by its golden color with green overtones. The fruit is slightly smaller compared to the Alphonso Aaphose variety.
Fresh Mangoes pulp belong to the genus Name Mangifera, consisting of numerous species of tropical fruiting trees in the flowering plant family Anacardiaceae. The fresh mango pulp is indigenous to India. Cultivated in many tropical regions and distributed widely in the world, Fresh mango pulp is one of the most extensively exploited fruits for food, juice, flavor, fragrance and color, making it a common ingredient in new functional foods often called super fruits or King of Fruits. Fresh Mangos leaves are ritually used as floral decorations at weddings and religious ceremonies.

Selected high quality fruits go to the controlled ripening chambers Fully Ripened Mango fruits are then washed, blanched, pulped, reseeded, centrifuged, homogenized, concentrated when required, thermally processed and aseptically filled maintaining commercial sterility.
